Job Description

  • Handles data entry and maintains databases, including patient records and product (medicine) inventory.

  • Updates databases regularly to ensure accuracy.

  • Coordinates daily tasks to support smooth operations.

  • Assists the Marketing Team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports, taking minutes, and monitoring the marketing budget.

  • Provides clerical and administrative assistance to the Marketing Team.

  • Supports digital/social media efforts and coordinates with third-party vendors for marketing materials and projects.

  • Compiles and analyzes data for marketing activities.

  • Manages filing, document transmission, and timely report submission.

  • Ensures proper organization and backup of marketing files.

  • Completes assignments as requested by the Marketing Team.

  • Meets deadlines and follows established schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or marketing support roles.

  • Experience with data entry, file management, and maintaining digital databases preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with database systems and marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content coordination.
