Job Description
1. Operations
- Ensures 100% manpower deployment
- Coordinates activities and updates of personnel to clients site supervisor
- Implements and disseminates Policies and guidelines to assigned Area/ Account
- Ensures effective customer service and SLA compliance
- Site audit and compliance Monitoring
2. People Management
- Supervises manpower of Area/ Account handled
- Conducts Performance evaluation and recommendation
- Motivates and counsel personnel
- Act as point person of employees and client supervisors within the area
3. Others
- Assist in recruitment as needed
- Prepare operations update report as required by clients and CFS
- Relieve for unfilled seats
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience managing/handling at least 15-20 people in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned within Metro manila and do Field work
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Must have adequate knowledge in using MS Applications (Excel, PP, teams and outlook)
- Good Communication skills; Above average English communication skills both Oral and written
- Willing to work under pressure and Customer service oriented.
