Job Description

1. Operations

  • Ensures 100% manpower deployment
  • Coordinates activities and updates of personnel to clients site supervisor
  • Implements and disseminates Policies and guidelines to assigned Area/ Account
  • Ensures effective customer service and SLA compliance
  • Site audit and compliance Monitoring

2. People Management

  • Supervises manpower of Area/ Account handled
  • Conducts Performance evaluation and recommendation
  • Motivates and counsel personnel
  • Act as point person of employees and client supervisors within the area

3. Others

  • Assist in recruitment as needed
  • Prepare operations update report as required by clients and CFS
  • Relieve for unfilled seats
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience managing/handling at least 15-20 people in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned within Metro manila and do Field work
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Must have adequate knowledge in using MS Applications (Excel, PP, teams and outlook)
  • Good Communication skills; Above average English communication skills both Oral and written
  • Willing to work under pressure and Customer service oriented.
