Job Description

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls in the Concierge
  • Provide basic information to basic queries related to project assignment (e.g. available amenities, house rules)
  • Attending to concerns, received from walk-in, phone calls, and emails and coordinate with the PMO
  • Customer Concerns Monitoring through DMCI Homes' CRMAX
  • Customer Survey
  • Identify and screen Guests by coordinating with Security Personnel
  • Parcel Receiving
  • Aid in cascading of circulars to residents
  • Assist in PMO Activities
  • Monitor and log usage of amenities used

Qualifications

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor Degree Graduate of any course
  • Computer Savvy
  • With good communication skills and Pleasant personality
  • With good Customer Sevice skills
  • Preferrably with height of 5'2 (for Female) and 5'4 (for Male)
  • Can start ASAP
