Job Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls in the Concierge
- Provide basic information to basic queries related to project assignment (e.g. available amenities, house rules)
- Attending to concerns, received from walk-in, phone calls, and emails and coordinate with the PMO
- Customer Concerns Monitoring through DMCI Homes' CRMAX
- Customer Survey
- Identify and screen Guests by coordinating with Security Personnel
- Parcel Receiving
- Aid in cascading of circulars to residents
- Assist in PMO Activities
- Monitor and log usage of amenities used
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Bachelor Degree Graduate of any course
- Computer Savvy
- With good communication skills and Pleasant personality
- With good Customer Sevice skills
- Preferrably with height of 5'2 (for Female) and 5'4 (for Male)
- Can start ASAP
