Job Description

  • Liaises and prepares documents and applies and submits to the required government agencies or offices.
  • Assists in the preparation of the required documents in securing permits/ transactions/ applications.
  • Processes and monitors quarterly and annual renewal of all necessary requirements with various local government units and agencies.
  • Assists in registering new applications or expansion areas for Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and/or non-PEZA projects.
  • Coordinates with various local government units/agencies in processing Business Permits, Licenses, and other requirements.
  • Reviews all pertinent documents needed for application submission/ transactions and communicates any issues immediately to his/her immediate superiors.
  • Ensures that all documents to be signed have been reviewed by BULK Scheduling & Dispatch Lead
  • Handles additional tasks that may arise from time to time

Qualifications

  • College Graduate or College Level
  • Preferably 1-2 years work experience in Logistics services/companies
  • Must have own motorcycle to be used in daily tasks
  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience as Liaison Officer
  • Must have experience in processing govt. documents (PEZA Forms)
