Job Description

•    Ensures cleanliness of the office premises (sweep, mop, clean the restroom and pantry area, working area, collection of garbage and wipe tables and chairs);
•    Repairs or fixes minor damages in the facilities (changing of lights, broken chairs, plumbing works, and basic electrical works);
•    Assists in purchasing office cleaning and pantry supplies, supplies inventory and does errands for office related events and activities;
•    Assists in human resources functions by attending to all matters concerning employee safety, wellness, welfare, and other matters that aim to provide a convenient and conducive working environment to the employees of the Company;
•    Assists in filing all monthly, quarterly and annual reportorial requirements to the regulators on a timely basis (i.e., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, etc.);
•    Assists in attending to bank or payment transactions such as electricity, water bills, annual business permit and registration;
•    Attends to all other administrative functions that the Company comes across on a daily basis to ensure smoothness of the day-to-day operations of the Company;
•    In addition to the above functions, you may also be expected, from time to time, to assist in other administrative work, as the need arises, and as determined by your Immediate Superior, Country Manager, and the Managing Directors of HC Global Fund Services, LLC

 

Qualifications

Preferred Gender: MALE

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: High School Graduate or College Level
•    Has 1- 2 years’ experience as Janitorial/ Messengerial support.
•    Ability to perform administrative jobs including but not limited to janitorial and messengerial duties;
•    Knows time management and has a strong sense of urgency in doing assigned tasks;
•    Diligent and can perform several functions at the same time;
•    Must be a self-driven person and has strong initiative;
•    Mature and has physical, emotional and mental stamina to perform the job
•    Able to use communication platforms: Messenger, Viber etc.

•    Team player/ coordination- can work well with others.
•    Has good work ethics.
