Job Description

•    Assisting Financial Planning & Strategy Team on clerical works
•    Encoding and filing of Finance documents related reports
•    Provides clerical and administrative support to Management.
•    May also be asked to perform any other tasks assigned by management as long as it is not against the law.

Qualifications

Educational Attainment:  
•    Bachelor's/College Degree – Business Administration or any related course


Skills Required: 
•    Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
•    Effective speaking and listening skills
•    Attention to details
•    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•    Should exhibit high levels of professionalism
•    Very good knowledge in MS Office
•    Knowledgeable on Excel functions and formulas
