Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc. Celebrates 17 Years of Excellence and Growth

Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc. (CFS) proudly marked its 17th anniversary with a meaningful two-day celebration held on May 9–10, 2025, at Cristina Villa’s Mountain Resort. The event brought together employees from across the organization, alongside company leaders, to honor the milestones, people, and shared values that have shaped CFS into what it is today.

 

The celebration opened with a heartfelt message from Mr. Aldous N. Brigino, Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager, followed by an inspiring address from Ms. Ann Lerma, Chief Finance Officer. Their messages reflected on the organization’s journey, acknowledged the dedication that fuels CFS’ ongoing success, and called for a renewed commitment to collaboration and excellence as the company continues to grow.

 

Setting an energetic tone, employees then rallied behind their respective teams with spirited chants that showcased camaraderie and pride. This was followed by a keynote address from CFS President and CEO, Mr. Lawrence Y. Ferrer, who commended the workforce for their dedication. He emphasized that the company’s achievements are a direct result of every employee’s relentless effort to uphold CFS’ promise to its clients.

 

Key departmental updates were shared by team leaders, offering valuable insights into past accomplishments and future goals, further aligning all members with the company’s strategic direction.

 

A centerpiece of the celebration was the Service Awards Ceremony, where long-serving employees were honored for their loyalty, hard work, and invaluable contributions to the organization. Emotions ran high as colleagues applauded awardees who exemplify the spirit and resilience of CFS.

Fifteen-Year Service Awardee:

  • MVP Award – Highest Customer Service Rating: SBU1 – Meralco Tellering Account

  • Best Supporting Officer (2024): Mr. Sean Alro Blanco
