Job Description
- Receiving of customer requests, concerns and inquiries
- Ticket creation and monitoring via FSGS Ticketing System
- Coordination with other offices for inquiries, and ticketdetails/progress
- Logging of ticket updates
- Data cleanup of encoded tickets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any course
- Preferrably with experience in contact center
- Advance knowledge with MS Application
- Familiar with Ticketing Tool
- Expertise in the customer service
- Willing to start ASAP
