Job Description

  • Receiving of customer requests, concerns and inquiries
  • Ticket creation and monitoring via FSGS Ticketing System
  • Coordination with other offices for inquiries, and ticketdetails/progress 
  • Logging of ticket updates 
  • Data cleanup of encoded tickets

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any course 
  • Preferrably with experience in contact center   
  • Advance knowledge with MS Application
  • Familiar with Ticketing Tool           
  • Expertise in the customer service
  • Willing to start ASAP
