Founded in January 2008, Customer Frontline Solutions is a subsidiary of Bayad Center under Meralco, under the MVP Group. CFS continues to expand its client base with a proven track record of providing “worry-free solutions”.
CFS is a total customer solutions provider – helping companies focus on their core businesses. From 200 frontliners, CFS now has over 1,000 employees deployed in clients' sites, nationwide.
